About My Clients
People often come to see me when they are feeling exhausted and overwhelmed by anxiety. They have been pushing themselves to get everything "just right" and taking on way too many tasks and activities while feeling powerless to set boundaries with their time and energy. It's hard to ask for help, but it's possible to find more freedom and ease. We can work together to figure out how.

I want to help you find practical ways to manage your distress in the here and now while we work toward a deeper understanding of what is driving all this overdoing. We will work together to connect the dots between your earlier experiences and relationships and your current struggles in order to create meaningful change. I pull from my training in several different modalities to understand your unique experience and help you get closer to the life you want.

I see therapy as a way to free ourselves from old patterns that keep us stuck and in pain. I am committed to creating a warm, inclusive space for people of all ethnicities, cultural backgrounds, gender identities and sexual orientations.
