About My Clients
My therapeutic areas of interest include depression, anxiety, neurodivergence, stress management, and exploring sexual and gender identity. I also enjoy working with couples to be able to better enjoy each other and their relationship.
My Background and Approach
My therapeutic approach focuses on examining each clients’ lived experience to learn how they have come to be the person they are today. Together we work together to understand what has worked so far for them and what can be changed so that the client can lead a fulfilling life and grow into the person they envision themselves to be.
