I can help you began to explore your thoughts, feelings, and beliefs that may be hindering you from progressing forward with your goals and living out your full potential using my experience with children, adolescents, adults, couples using multiple techniques. I provide a personalized counseling approach, combining elements from different treatment approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, experiential (Emotionally focused therapy), solution-focused, mindfulness), tailored to each of your needs to help accomplish the goals you desire.
