I work in conjunction with clients going through life transitions and changes related to: starting a family, combining families, divorce, remarriage, moving to a new location, new job/job loss, divorce, relationship ending and new beginning, death, new school, college years, young adulthood post college, exploring sexuality. Together we look at new events in life and work together to process changes, reflect, gain insight and create a new, healthy way of living.

Trained and certified in Motivational Interviewing, experience working with clients to change unhealthy patterns and behaviors they have identified related to physical and behavioral health through the use of motivational interviewing techniques. I integrated Motivational interviewing with behavioral techniques when appropriate for clients based on their individual needs and goals.

I work together with clients to change the narrative around anxiety and take control back of their thoughts and reactions. I use a variety of behavioral techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment therapy to tailor our work together and find the best fit of techniques and tools. The goals of the client are always at the center of our work as well as a holistic view of what the client and the pace is set by the comfort level.
