About My Clients

My Background and Approach
I use a variety of techniques to help my clients heal. Person-centered therapy is the foundation of my approach, as I believe that each person has the power to heal themselves. I work collaboratively with my clients to create a safe, supportive environment where they can explore their thoughts and feelings. Body-based therapy is another important part of my approach. I believe that the mind and body are deeply connected, and that trauma can manifest in physical symptoms. By helping my clients tune in to their bodies, we can identify and release the tension and pain that is holding them back.

I am an active member of the LGBTQIA+ community and believe that every person deserves an affirming, respectful space to explore themselves.
