About My Clients
Adults of all backgrounds welcome. I have experience with a diverse spectrum of people. I am knowledgable and comfortable with both men's and women's issues.
My Background and Approach
I have been practicing as a psychotherapist since 2013. I began my work in Florida working alongside the courts in assisting families through healing and reunification. I have been practicing privately since moving back to Washington in 2018. I have a psychodynamic orientation and utilize mindfulness for self-observation and incorporate somatic (body-based) interventions for working with emotions. I am also trained in hypnotherapy.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe everything in life is about relationship. With yourself, your body, other people, everything. Healing comes through working with the dynamics within and between.
