My Background and Approach
I have a telehealth-only practice and see clients throughout the state of California. My virtual office is a confidential space where we can see one another, face-to-face, and get to work on what really matters to you. No waiting rooms, no rushing across town to make it to your therapy appointment. Your therapy happens in the space that’s most convenient for you. As a Native American woman and a transplant to San Diego, I bring a unique perspective to my work, rooted in my belief that we are capable of change. Your journey is unique, and so is my approach. Together, we will uncover insights into your life goals, relationships, and friendships, addressing the core issues contributing to your anxiety or depression.
