About My Clients
Has your relationship lost its passion? Are you and your partner great friends/parents but if feels like that is all that you are? Does the thought of having to talk about your sexual dissatisfaction or sexual interests make you want run the other way? A great deal of the clients and couples that I work with are very happy in their relationships and marriages except for the area of sex and intimacy. I work with clients to reclaim their sexual satisfaction is a safe and trusting way.
My Background and Approach
Jessica received a Bachelor's of Science in Psychology from California State University, San Marcos and a Master's of Science in Marriage and Family therapy with an emphasis in Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder from University of La Verne. Jessica is currently obtaining a Ph.D and certification in sex therapy. Jessica is EMDR trained through the EMDRHAP and is working toward her EMDR certification. As a clinical supervisor she has worked to teach training therapists how to engage in successful therapy using a wide variety of techniques. She has experience with over 50 interns and associates working to pursue licenses in Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, Social Work, Applied Behavioral Analysis, and Professional Clinical Counselors.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I fully believe that no two individuals are the same and that each client or couple I work with needs an individualized and unique approach based on their life experiences to assist them in reaching their own therapeutic goals.
