My Background and Approach
My background is rooted in working with individuals, couples, and families from various backgrounds. These experiences have afforded me the opportunity to provide services to people during vulnerable times in their lives. My trainings and certifications include Eye-Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing, certified Prepare-Enrich Facilitator, certified Compassion Fatigue Professional, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Trust-Based Relational Intervention. It is my goal to assist you with finding balance and empowering you to persevere. I provide a genuine and authentic approach and it is my hope that this approach keeps you engaged and motivated to seek change in your life.
