My approach is primarily attachment-based and psychodynamic, which encourages introspection, honesty, and curiosity about how you think, feel, and relate to yourself and to others. Given that early experiences and relationships can have lasting effects, this may involve bringing your past into our conversations to help illuminate your present. Together, we’ll pay attention to what comes up on the surface as well as what may lie beneath. I believe that your perspective, experiences, and circumstances are unique to you and that there isn’t a one-size-fits-all fix.
