I am committed to creating a safe, supportive, confidential, and collaborative space for therapy. All communication with me is confidential and private. The therapeutic relationship we construct will be responsive to your unique needs and goals for therapy. Are you having a hard time managing feelings of overwhelm, loneliness, fear, and stress? Do you feel stuck in an intensely traumatic experience from your past that's leaving you feeling disconnected from yourself and those around you? I provide guidance and support through life changes or trauma.

I believe people are more than their issues and struggles. My goal is to help you discover your strengths, purpose, and values as well as any obstacles that may be getting in the way. Through therapy, I will work with you to explore your history, improve self-awareness and communication skills, develop coping mechanisms that work for you, cultivate healthy relationships, move beyond past limitations and embrace a fuller life. Together we can create a safe space where you'll feel comfortable exploring difficult issues so that we can work together and make positive change happen!
