I work with clients on improving their emotional intelligence through becoming more comfortable with their own emotions and the emotions of others. I utilize breathwork, mindfulness and visualization to help client practice being able to sit with themselves and separate themselves from their thoughts and gain data on the impact of their thoughts and feelings. This data is important in uncovering one's needs and values.
I specialize in psychotherapy with individuals, couples and groups who feel stuck in their relationships with themselves and others. I help people uncover their attachment styles and how their attachment style impacts their underlying 'stories,' negative limiting beliefs and how they may be reenacting these stories in the present. The relationship between therapist and client can be a safe place to practice rewiring a client's old relational scripts.
