I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in Arizona (LMFT-16065) California (#99995), Florida (#MT3586) and North Carolina (#2544). I have a passion for helping others navigate life’s challenges and build stronger relationships.
What I Specialize In
I specialize and have advanced training in helping adults and teens who are facing challenges such as cancer and chronic illnesses, life transitions, and grief and loss. My approach to therapy is both client-centered and solution-focused, where I tailor my treatment modalities to the individual needs of my clients. I am committed to providing a safe, non-judgmental, and compassionate environment where my clients feel supported and heard. I offer virtual therapy sessions through video for California, Florida and North Carolina residents.
My Values as a Therapist
I work from a place of genuine curiosity about my clients’ lives and their relationships, respecting and honoring each person’s path as unique and different. I strive for a collaborative and compassionate practice with my clients. My practice is inclusive and all are welcome. In addition to my private practice, I facilitated cancer support groups for adults and teens for 10 years at Cancer Support Community Redondo Beach and previously have worked for other cancer-related nonprofits with patients and their families.
