About My Clients
Are you feeling overwhelmed with the stressors of life with no clue what to do next? Has everything caught up with you, and you realize something has to change? Whatever it may be that you struggle with, I look forward to meeting you there and walking that journey with you.
My Background and Approach
I approach counseling from an integrative, cognitive behavioral perspective. I have a passion for social justice and LGBTQIA+ issues, as well as experience working with depression, anxiety, and trauma as a whole. I am currently a post-masters counselor with a degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling on track for licensure.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
When I am not counseling, I am spending time with my loved ones or collecting hobbies. I enjoy gardening, woodworking, creative arts, and attempting to put funny costumes on my dog. I am always open to being really bad at new skills and I always love taking a beginner class on any subject.
