You've probably landed on my page because you know something's not quite right. Life has gotten more complicated and you just want to feel better. You're open to exploring or making a change, but you don't know exactly how. People often aren't aware of the power they already have within them. I believe everyone is capable of amazing things. Sometimes we just need help to see it.
My Background and Approach
I help clients navigate challenging situations. My approach is collaborative and non-judgmental. I use elements of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) such as Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). Elements of Internal Family Systems (IFS) also inform the work I do with my clients. Elements of mindfulness practices will set the foundation for enhancing your emotional well-being. Your treatment will always be uniquely tailored to your specific needs. I have experience working with a variety of human challenges. I love working with: * young adults struggling to make friends or socialize * overwhelmed new parents * people going through a separation or divorce * people grieving the loss of their lifelong partner * caregivers or individuals with chronic illness * relationship struggles

Many years of varied life experience inform my sensitivity to issues of cultural and spiritual diversity, including my daily commitment to yoga and mindfulness practices.
