My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I have nine years of experience in providing therapy. In addition, I serve as a Director of Clinical Operations in a non-for-profit agency overseeing Outpatient Mental Health Clinic, Substance Abuse Clinic, PROS program for people with severe and persistent mental illness, Family Program as well as Care Management. In my time as a therapist I have helped my clients work on overcoming depression, anxiety, anger, grief and loss, suicidal thoughts, difficulties in relationships, fears, low self-esteem, emotional dysregulation, trauma, stress, major life transitions and addiction. As a counselor and founder of Therapy Central NY, my specialty is in providing marriage and couples counseling as well as treating individuals with diverse backgrounds and ranges of concern.
