I’ll guide you in discovering how you can connect deeply while living radically. It’s time to break free. As a certified sex therapist and trauma specialist, I help people heal from sexual trauma, strengthen intimate relationships, and cultivate erotic pleasure. My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I have a deep belief that everyone has the right to consensual sexual pleasure. People I work with often have that right challenged by experiences of violence, historical trauma, societal and familial expectations, and by personal experiences that don't initially make sense. I don't pretend to fully understand anyone's experience but I do listen deeply to understand the best I can in order to help people move towards healing and pleasure in life. Outside of therapy, I'm involved in supporting the empowerment of Indigenous community in the US and Guatemala and engage in local community actions for a variety of issues. I want to help you with what's happening in your life now and create meaningful shifts in the systems that perpetuate trauma.
