About My Clients
I work with a diverse range of clients who deal with multiple challenges including but not limited to trauma, anxiety, grief, relationship distress, life transitions, boundary-setting, while strengthening their sense of self. I work with mostly BIPOC clients and LGBTQ+ populations.
My Background and Approach
My role is to create a safe and compassionate space to come as you are. I am here as a guide to help you reconnect with your mind, body, heart, and spirit and help strengthen your sense of self so you can better navigate your relationships and the world around you. My therapeutic approach is holistic (integrative of mind, body, spirit) and humanistic (relational and collaborative) with post-modern approaches such as narrative and mindfulness. I also work from a social justice framework that addresses the social, cultural, and political inequities that impact our mental and emotional health. My goal is to empower you to be your own healer and build the tools you need to heal and be your best version.
