My Background and Approach
I believe we all have the power & wisdom within us to not just overcome our struggles, but to flourish in a life of purpose. You are the expert of your life & I've studied for years to understand how people work--what drives their behavior, what causes troubles in one's life, and how to live life to the fullest. Together can we find a path that works best for you! We will create a sanctuary where you are free to explore your thoughts & emotions. This will allow you to disentangle from mental patterns & behaviors that no longer serve you, discover effective ways to cope with your current stressors, & develop new ways of living that will help you reach your goals. I've worked with groups, couples, and individuals to overcome their fears, anxiety, anger and depression. I've worked in private practice, hospital, and outpatient settings with people of varying cultures and ages. Now, I'd like to help you, too!
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I simply believe that every single person with their wide array of cultures, beliefs, values, experiences, backgrounds, communities, etc. have an innate right to self-expression, love, justice, and freedom. Unfortunately I am not paneled with insurance companies and can only take self-pay clients. Immediate availability for self-pay clients!
