You often prioritize the needs of others above your own. You have that nagging feeling that you're just not good enough. It's painful to feel this way and it can feel like there's no way out, but the good news is: you are not alone and it's possible to find relief when we work together.
My Background and Approach
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and National Certified Counselor with over 5 years of clinical experience. Within those years, I have worked with a wide variety of ages and concerns. Through that experience, I have found a passion for working with young adult women who are experiencing anxiety, stress, and related issues - such as a harsh inner critic, people pleasing tendencies, perfectionism, and imposter syndrome. I continue to learn about these specialty areas to stay on top of the best information and techniques that I can offer for each of my clients.
