About My Clients

My Background and Approach
I am fluent in English and Portuguese. I earned my Master in Counseling Psychology degree at Northwest university. I have worked with people from 4 to 70 years old, and I strongly believe that my mission in this world is to help people heal their lives, and she does it with excellence. I have extensive experience working with clients from different backgrounds with a history of trauma, mood disorder such as depression and bipolar, anxiety disorders, and problems with adjusting to work, school, parenting, and life in general. She also utilizes cognitive behavioral therapy, compassion-focused therapy, mindfulness, and hypnotherapy. Besides her mental health practice, she has been doing emotional intelligence online and presential training all over the world and helping people have a better quality of life.
