I will work hard to make you feel heard and supported with no judgement. Being vulnerable is not always easy. In fact, it can be extremely frightening. However, the reward is worth it! YOU are worth it! You do not have to work through this alone. I look forward to walking through this journey with you through laughter, tears, hard work, and real talks. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) to grow emotional awareness around your triggers and life struggles.
