About My Clients

I help adults struggling with anxiety, avoidance and chronic pain feel understood and supported to combat their pain, worries and fears.

My Background and Approach

I have a Bachelor of Psychology from Texas A&M and Master of Social Work from Tulane University. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help clients understand their core beliefs and combat cognitive distortions. We will move away from avoidance and towards acceptance. You can take your thoughts, fears and worries captive. You are NOT your anxiety.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe that everyone has more strength than they may be aware of. I am passionate about walking with patients who feel as though their livelihood and joy has been inhibited by past struggles, present anxiety and worry about the future. I am also a Christian and am happy to provide counseling with Christianity as a lense for treatment per patient request.
