I strive to create a relationship that encourages vulnerability and connection between the client and me. The most important indicator of change is the relationship between my client and myself. My areas of specialization include working with adults, relationship conflict,those impacted by anxiety and depression. I have extensive experience in providing therapy to the LGBTQIA community and those impacted by HIV/AIDS. I am able to provide WPATH letters.
My Background and Approach
I have had the pleasure to have worked with disenfranchised communities and the mental health field for over fifteen years. As an LGBTQ-affirmative therapist, I have the honor of sitting with people as they navigate the layers of gender, sexuality, culture, and race that shape their everyday experiences.I believe no matter how challenging or difficult life can be, you can feel better. I am here to support you through some of life’s hardest and scariest moments. I want to work with you while we uncover the challenges and patterns that may be keeping you from living the life you desire.
