About My Clients
I specialize in C-PTSD, adult children of emotionally immature or controlling parents, creativity, dissociation/depersonalization, grief/loss, struggles with food/eating, OCD tendencies, and Adult Third Culture Kids (or anyone who grew up moving around a lot, ie. expats and military kids).
My Background and Approach
My approach is rooted in the belief that no matter what a person has going on, there is an internal compass guiding them towards integration. In my sessions, I incorporate depth psychology, Jungian frameworks, relational psychodynamic therapy, interpersonal neurobiology and Buddhist mindfulness techniques. I also incorporate creative arts therapy and other non-verbal therapies, such as dreams and movement.
