My Background and Approach
I want you to feel supported as we work together to help you uncover your inner wisdom. I believe that curiosity and compassion are two very important elements in therapy. In order to help you achieve your goals, I incorporate my EMDR training with my training in Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Ego State Therapy, Hypnosis, and a post-graduate degree in Advanced Marriage and Family Therapy.
