About My Clients

Whether you’re going through a difficult moment or a life transition, experiencing anxiety and depression, or want to understand your inner world more deeply and process your past trauma, I am here to dive deep with you, practice rupture and repair, explore your internal world, and the outer influences in your life. Together, we can explore your development, emotional landscape, and attachments.

My Background and Approach

I show up authentically with a trauma-informed, shame-free, and compassionate mind-body approach. I am skilled in working with anxiety, depression, trauma, and substances, using harm-reduction, alongside meditations and other grounding practices. I combine my background in creativity, having worked in the music industry, with my trainings in mindfulness, embodiment, self-compassion, interpersonal neurobiology, gestalt & relational therapy, and depth psychology. I balance a soul centered, creative, and spiritual approach with contemporary psycho-education rooted in nervous system research. I am currently trained in Brainspotting, EFT and IFS. I believe building awareness, compassion, and understanding through developing a new form of relationship with your therapist and self can lead to a holistic life. I am culturally sensitive, welcoming all backgrounds and orientations. I am committed to social equity & justice. I resonate with highly sensitive people & empaths.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe that your mind and body inherently have wisdom that get clouded by external influences. We often need support in order to bring our true self to life. Life can be challenging but these moments can be a calling to find our own way through world. I believe that there is nothing wrong with you although society and relationships may tell us otherwise. Let's rewrite your own script, find the things that you make you feel alive, and discover supportive relationships and practices that resonate. My own journey continues to unfold and informs me of how I show up for myself and for you everyday. I have new relationships to the parts of myself that used to suffer from anxiety, depression, disordered eating, sexual trauma and other wounds. I believe we are born to evolve and find support to live a meaningful life. I find living a life of intention allows me to life with integrity and integrate all my parts.
