My ideal client is someone who wants to heal their past trauma, deepen their relationships with themselves and others, wake up within the unique circumstances of their life and eventually to contribute and give back to the world.
My Background and Approach
I work with an embodied, somatic, mindfulness & trauma informed approach to uprooting deep emotional issues, healing relationships and empowering you to make the changes that your truth is calling for. I am deeply trained in Mindfulness, EMDR, Somatic therapy and Couples therapy as well as Professional Coaching. I also offer Psychedelic Integration Therapy.
