I enjoy working with motivated individuals who want to see change. I work with both individuals and relations who are navigating challenges in their lives or their relationships. Maybe you've found yourself feeling disconnected from your partner or having the same fight over and over again. Or maybe you feel like something isn't working in your life but you just can't put your finger on it. I love helping clients explore where they're stuck and collaborate with them to find creative solutions.

Relationships are built on trust, and the therapeutic relationship is no different.I will listen and ask questions to get to know your specific symptoms, life circumstances, strengths, and goals. My therapeutic style is approachable and collaborative, rooted in genuine curiosity. I use a strengths-based, holistic-oriented, trauma informed, affirming, sex positive, and client centered approach. I am a LGBTQIA+ friendly and Kink aware therapist.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe in slow living. The hustle and bustle of our culture can wear us out pretty quickly and lead to feeling more overwhelmed and stressed. I believe taking a pause, being present, and taking time to ourselves can have lasting benefits.
