About My Clients
Maybe you are looking for happiness, peace, and stability, but don't know where to start. Or maybe you just want to have a safe space to explore who you really are at your core, and find the sources of meaning and purpose in your life. I work best with clients who are grappling with existential questions, are spiritually inclined, are motivated to heal and grow, and want to create an authentic and fulfilling life for themselves.
My Background and Approach
Overall, I am a holistic therapist who recognizes the interconnection of the mind, body, and the spirit. I often use Existential Therapy, Mindfulness, and Expressive Arts Therapy to help you heal and integrate different aspects of yourself, and find the inherent peace, joy, and love that is already within. Therapy is a vulnerable experience, so I do my best to provide a safe, compassionate, and nonjudgmental space. I see each person I work with as unique, and tailor my approach to meet the specific needs of each individual.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
As a result of the challenges I have experienced in my own life journey, I can empathize with many of the deep challenges in the lives of others. My own healing work and explorations have brought me to the recognition that I, and others, have the light of the true self within that is impossible to extinguish. This light is a source of strength, love, happiness, inspiration, and guidance. It is this awareness that helps me to see that no one I work with is “broken”, or even needs “fixing”. Instead, I see my role as a therapist as someone who helps uncover the layers that are hiding the light that one already has within. It is my greatest wish for those that I work with to come to this recognition for themselves, and to stand confident in their own light!
