About My Clients

I work with individuals suffering from eating disorders and disordered eating, body image dissatisfaction, depression and anxiety, and relationship/family conflict.

My Background and Approach

I believe context is key to understanding struggle and I work with individuals to explore how their histories have shaped their current reality. In addition to seeing adult individual clients, I work with adolescents, couples, and families to help create home environments that support full recovery, allowing individuals to grow and thrive. I practice under the supervision of Dr. Margie Slater, PsyD.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I approach food and body issues with a health at every size, body-positive lens. I believe that all foods fit and that part of finding peace with food and body is learning to become resilient to the diet culture that surrounds us. Whether you are struggling with chronic dieting, an eating disorder, or low self-esteem, I will provide a supportive space to help you explore and heal your relationship to food and your body.
