I am trained in EMDR and have seen the amazing work that it can help a person do! With EMDR I'm able to help people process old stuck memories, trauma, or not-so-happy life events. I am also able to help instill the positive and help clients find hope, confidence, empowerment and strength within themselves. Because I am also a certified as a yoga teacher, I can incorporate yoga movements and grounding into the EMDR processing to better support my clients in really feeling grounded and confident!

I've found that more times than most, we learn what to think about our body from the people around us, and sometimes that's not the most healthy or helpful. I use EMDR therapy to support you in uncovering memories that have impacted your view of your body and process them to be more accurate so you can find love for your body.

I have experience in working with people who grapple with anxiety, who have also been all ages. Through my EMDR training, I have found that anxiety is often routed in issues from our past and when we are able to process some of those past issues, the anxiety can lessen. I've worked with sexual abuse survivors for the better part of a decade. I provide a safe environment where you can feel at ease, heard and seen. Something I have seen countless times, is that sexual abuse survivors often blame themselves. I am here to tell you, you are not to blame and you deserve to feel safe and find healing. With EMDR therapy, I can help you find strength in the resources you already have within you and process the trauma in a safe and effective way, as you feel ready.
