About My Clients
Just as there’s usually no “quick fix” in therapy, there’s no one path to healing – each person’s story needs to be recognized, strengthened, and honored. I strive to provide a nonjudgemental space that is not only collaborative and compassionate but also invites creativity, curiosity, and humor. I want to make our time together one where we explore your struggles and celebrate your wins.
My Background and Approach
My eclectic approach includes a blend of person-centered, strengths-based, mindfulness, and trauma-informed methods. I work with adults struggling with a variety of issues, including depression and anxiety, trauma, stress, negative self-talk, perfectionism, life transitions, and stressors facing BIPOC and queer communities. As a queer and biracial (Lakota Sioux/white) woman, it is my goal and honor to create a safe, culturally-conscious space for my clients that is respectful, compassionate, safe, and collaborative as we work together through your journey.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Together we can explore your feelings and thoughts, connect the dots, and recognize and challenge those patterns. I’m available for both in person and virtual sessions, so please reach out to schedule or for a free 15-minute consultation!
