About My Clients
I have over 20 years of experience providing emotional support, coping strategies, & resources to a variety of individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds. I have supported other counselors & master level students in their work with others. I believe in developing genuine relationships with people to help them on their path of self-discovery & healing.

Our journey together begins with the creation of a safe space where you can talk about your feelings, experiences, and thoughts. Together we will partner to discuss your goals and in therapy we will work together to achieve them. Through evidence based techniques you may learn insights and strategies towards fulfillment. I have worked in a public school setting for over 20 years providing support to ethnically diverse students and parents. I have counseled and coached students how to be academically successful. I have supported parents in the most difficult job of parenting. By using behavioral interventions and cognitive techniques, change is possible. I would be honored to help you on your journey.
