About My Clients

My Background and Approach
I enjoy using aspects of spirituality, hypnotherapy & complementary practices to work through concerns surrounding depression, anxiety, stuck energy, low self-worth, & limited self-awareness. I offer this in conjunction with traditional therapy to work to find the core root that has manifested into depression, anxiety, physical pain or spiritual disconnect. My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I hope to assist others in knowing that their life does not have to consist of anxiety, overwhelm, fear or worry. I am here to witness the transformation that is sparking inside of you. I combine yoga, hypnotherapy and counseling skills to assist you in unmasking your authentic self. I want to assist you in releasing the fear that causes you to play small, be overwhelmed by negative self talk and have an overall sense of grief/sadness/numbness or unease. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist, and a Certified Professional Counselor Supervisor. I received my BA in General Studies with a concentration in Criminal Justice, Psychology, and Sociology from Valdosta State University in 2007. I completed my MA in Community Counseling at Argosy University- Atlanta in 2011.
