As someone who has personally experienced infertility, I understand how isolating and devastating infertility can be. I work with those currently experiencing infertility and also those whose fertility journeys have not ended as they had hoped. We'll work through stress and anxiety management, as well as coping with all of the unknowns, unexpected results, and the highs and lows, and unbelievable grief that can come with family building.

I believe that men's mental health needs are often underserved in today's day and age. Men are often socialized to keep their challenging emotions to themselves with very few outlets for support. The end result can be that of isolation, anger and a profound lack of connection. I aim to help men work through their challenges and identify opportunities for lasting change and happiness.

I believe that one of the most important factors in a healthy relationship is communication. Over the years, couples may lose sight of each other and experience a loss of connection. I aim to help the couple reconnect, and communicate through challenges in order to find a compromise, and

I believe that one of the most important factors in a healthy relationship is communication. Over the years, couples may lose sight of each other and experience a loss of connection. I aim to help the couple reconnect, and communicate through challenges in order to find a compromise, and set healthy expectations for a lasting relationship. I have completed Gottman Method Couples Counseling levels 1 and 2 and often weave concrete tools throughout my work with couples.

Our thoughts and beliefs often inform our emotions which can cause pain. I work with clients to interrupt the cycle by addressing negative thought patterns that are getting in the way of coping and enjoying life.

I am very client led and will work with you on whatever you bring into the room that day, and find common threads in order to explore larger patterns going on throughout life.
