About My Clients

I specialize in working with people who feel stuck, are tired of the way they are living but don't know how to change, feel overwhelmed by the pace of modern life and want to feel more connected to themselves and others. My other specialties include: women empowerment, self-worth and body image, healthy relationships, attachment issues, and religious trauma. It's time to come home to yourself. And I can help with that.

My Background and Approach

“A thing cannot be understood until it is known by all four aspects of our being: mind, body, emotion, spirit.” -Gathering Moss, Robin Wall Kimmerer I'm a Holistic Therapist which is a way to say we address the WHOLE person in our sessions. In addition to traditional talk therapy like Internal Family Systems, I like to incorporate somatic, aka body-based practices in our session as well as mindfulness, guided imagery, and experiential exercises. The body holds so much wisdom in moving past trauma that's been weighing us down. In 2021, I completed the first round of both my Somatic Experiencing Practitioner training and Ecotherapy certification.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I affirm and work with people of all gender identities, sexual orientations, races, cultural and ethnic backgrounds, abilities, and body sizes. I understand that systems in our culture can greatly impact your mental health. I am committed to advocating for systemic change while helping you navigate and cope with those systemic issues that cause trauma every day.
