About My Clients
I work with individuals and couples dealing with anxiety, stress, and trauma. My clients might feel stuck in relationships or be struggling with creating healthy boundaries. Often they feel tension is sitting like a brick on their chests and imposter syndrome is a constant voice in their minds. Over time my clients gain more self-compassion and confidence as we work together on uncovering stories that have contributed to their anxiety.
My Background and Approach
I am a therapist and artist. My passions include social justice, mental health advocacy, creating visual art, and sitting with brave resilient souls. I received my Masters in Counseling Psychology from the Seattle School of Theology and Psychology. I’ve always been a listener, explorer, and deep diver when it comes to being with folks and sitting with story. I love how someone’s soul can speak in so many different ways. I firmly believe we all deserve a space where we can share what’s happening in our lives and have someone bear witness to what we’ve experienced.
Why I am a Good Fit for You
In our work we will take a look at present issues that might be connected to the past and check in on how that could be impacting you relationally (i.e exploring core beliefs and themes from your life, as well as what’s coming up somatically etc). We’ll follow where your mind goes, often times just being open and curious creates movement.
