I am a therapist and artist. My passions include social justice, mental health advocacy, creating visual art, and sitting with brave resilient souls. I completed the Allender Center’s level 1 trauma training certificate in 2016 and received my Masters in Counseling Psychology from the Seattle School of Theology and Psychology in April 2020 (nothing like finishing up your internship working with teens and graduating all during a pandemic). I’ve always been a listener, explorer, and deep diver when it comes to being with folks and sitting with story. I love how someone’s soul can speak in so many different ways. I firmly believe we all deserve a space where we can share what’s happening in our lives and have someone bear witness to what we’ve experienced.
