About My Clients

My clients typically have the following presenting problems: disordered eating, body dysmorphia, anxiety, OCD, depression, bipolar 1 or 2, panic disorder, PTSD, questioning gender or sexuality (or both!), codependency, PMDD or PMS. I typically work with the LGBTQ+ community, any race, any gender identification, any socioeconomic status, any religion, any level of education, between ages 18-40

My Background and Approach

I draw from Person-centered, Strengths-Based, and DBT theories, with a firm belief that each client has unique needs and will need personalized care.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I am passionate about the need for more queer & trans-affirmative mental healthcare, and practicing from a multicultural lens. I'm incredibly passionate about cross-cultural competency, and I conduct my work with clients with radical acceptance and an anti-racist, queer and trans-affirmative lens. I aim to create a therapy space where clients can feel heard. Taking the first step to prioritize your mental health and wellness is a huge accomplishment! Therapy can be a life-changing experience, and I am so glad you are here.
