About My Clients
At Self Space I work with adults and adolescents who are navigating life transitions, coping with anxiety and depression, experiencing grief and loss, and exploring issues around faith and spirituality. I specialize in working with people coping with chronic health conditions and parents coping with a child’s diagnosis of a developmental difference.
My Background and Approach
I was born and raised in Seattle and completed my bachelor’s degree at Biola University in Southern California before settling back home in the Pacific Northwest. I completed my Master of Science in Marriage and Family Therapy at Seattle Pacific University, where I also completed a graduate certificate in Medical Family Therapy. My therapeutic approach is warm, collaborative, and is shaped by family systems, solution-focused, and narrative theories.
