I truly enjoy working with and providing psychotherapy to individuals and families. I specialize in treating teens and adults who may be struggling with Depression, Anxiety, Trauma, Grief/Loss, Substance Use, and Relationships issues. I also specialize in supporting children living in out of home placements, foster care, adoption, residential, or kinship care.

I am passionate and dedicated to helping clients feel better and truly believe with the right support everyone has the ability to reach their goals and live more fulfilling lives. I understand change can be difficult but know the benefits to working on bettering ourselves pays off tremendously.
