In addition to lived-experience of living a life devoted to personal growth and development, I have also worked with many people personally and professionally to develop personal growth plans. I use self-reflection, insightful awareness, and targeted goal planning to support my clients in identifying obstacles to personal growth, and creating a plan to achieve personal growth objectives.

I use an Existential approach as my foundation to therapeutic practice. This approach allows me to work with my clients to navigate life changes, identify internal strengths, and offer meaningful reflection for the unexplainable parts of life.

My theoretical approaches focus on wellness and health, so I only diagnose clients with a disorder if it is therapeutically necessary. Instead, I focus on symptoms and the presenting issues or concerns, and work with clients to determine how they can healthily navigate the changes and events that occur as part of the human experience.

As a Level 4 Lifespan Integration Specialist I work with anyone wanting to experience transformative change. It can be especially difficult as a therapist to find a therapist. Using Lifespan Integration I provide therapeutic space for mind-body healing using the latest research in brain development. Therapists curious about Lifespan Integration, or those working toward certification can experience Lifespan Integration therapy first-hand through our work together.

Even the best relationships go through difficult or unrewarding stages. Often the difficult patterns are carried over from earlier relationships. Using LI, I help individuals process relationship patterns that show up again and again in life. Through healing your own relationship with yourself, and those around you, you can make internally informed decisions about the relationships you want to have. This process has the potential to heal current relationships and intergenerational trauma.

Unacknowledged stress and trauma can severely impact every area of life. I use Lifespan Integration for many mental health conditions. LI is a trauma-informed therapy that allows gentle reprocessing with the potential for rapid results. Whether PTSD triggers are deeply rooted, or from a recent experience, clients may see improvements in as few as 1-3 sessions, effectively addressing the trauma safely and allowing the mind-body to process the trauma and return to a state of thriving.

To know yourself fully, accept yourself completely, and feel empowered in your life and relationships. These desires are part of the human experience. I take this work seriously and move with intention to help you see yourself as you were, are, and want to be. I help you understand yourself in new ways and reinvision your challenges, experiences, relationships, and what's happened to you as tools and information that can help you be intentional and aware of the life you are living.

I've been focused on best practices in mental health for over 25 years, and I'm excited for the scientific evidence and cutting edge research that supports mental health as a foundation of holistic wellbeing. I use a holistic lens to help you and I understand how ALL of you is affected by your mental wellbeing and how each area of wellness can be attended to to support mental health. Together we create a plan to support you in every area of your life!
