I have a holistic therapeutic approach, meaning we will consider many different aspects of your life in the quest for health and wellness. This includes your feelings and emotional responses to challenges, personal relationships and community, creative or spiritual outlets, and daily habits and rituals.
Rather than solely suggest that you incorporate coping practices into your daily life, I find it most effective to integrate tools in therapy sessions. Together, we will learn and practice coping skills like breathing techniques, meditation, and changing negative thinking patterns in order to support your confidence and familiarity in utilizing these tools outside of therapy.
