My Background and Approach
I have worked in a variety of mental health settings for over 10 years and have extensive experience providing therapy through a Cognitive Behavioral lens. I am EMDR trained and certified in Trauma Focused CBT. I am experienced in helping individuals and families navigate difficult relationships, change, grief, loss, trauma, depression and anxiety. I see kids (7+), teens and adults in-person and via telehealth. I am private pay only and an Out of Network provider for insurance plans. I can provide a superbill of services upon request.
