About My Clients

I look forward in assisting you in building the skills to make wanted changes and maintain a happy, healthy life.
My Background and Approach
My goal is to assist and support clients with increasing positive skill set to manage symptoms of anxiety, depression, self esteem and substance usage to build and maintain a healthy life. Over the last ten years, I have worked with clients to increase self esteem and empower themselves to move through struggles and strengthen their present and future. I provide a safe accepting environment to assist clients in developing and utilizing positive coping skills to assist in positive changes. I have advance training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing and Mindfulness Based Therapy and utilize DBT skills.
