About My Clients

I work with individuals who are navigating depression and anxiety, struggling with self-worth, or looking to process and heal from a difficult or traumatic upbringing. My approach is rooted in a neurodiversity-affirming framework and a firmly humanistic, person-centered approach. I specialize in working with Autistic adults (including late-diagnosed, self-diagnosed, or exploring diagnosis) and the LGBTQ+ community. I am here to be a guide, support, and witness.

My Background and Approach

Together, we will cultivate present-moment awareness and self-compassion, gain insight to the wider contexts of your struggles, and create space in your life for joy and pleasure. It is important to me that therapy offers you the space to process your experience while also equipping you with tools and practices that you can utilize outside of therapy.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I work gently and spaciously, prioritizing your consent all along the way. I believe that therapy is inherently political, and provide trauma-informed, queer-celebratory, neurodiversity-affirming care that is person-centered and non-pathologizing. I bring principles from ecopsychology, liberation psychology, and intersectional feminism to the therapeutic space, and am a climate-aware therapist who acknowledges the legitimacy of distress and grief related to the climate crisis.

I offer online counseling in the following states:
