My clients have described me as warm, open, and easy to talk to. I enjoy working with youth of all ages and adults and specialize in serving neurodivergent clients.
My Background and Approach
I have specialized training in Art Therapy, utilizing it as a tool for client discovery and understanding. I believe in art’s innate quality to provide sensory regulation and healing, particularly with anxiety, depression, and trauma. I am passionate about helping my clients explore, understand, and embrace their unique identities. I approach each client with culturally humble curiosity. Being fluent in both English and Spanish allows me to serve clients who may feel more comfortable expressing themselves in their primary language.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
My therapeutic approach is trauma-informed, rooted in mindfulness, attachment-based, inclusive, anti-racist, LGBTQIA+-affirming, neurodivergent-affirming, and anti-ableist. I would love to provide a safe and compassionate space for you to explore and grow.
