About My Clients
I am passionate about supporting professional adults navigate relationship issues and challenging family dynamics, major life transitions, boundary setting and emotional trauma. I often help clients with low mood, anxiety, work stress and burnout. I constantly strive to ensure that my clients feel safe with me, therefore providing culturally affirming care that celebrates all intersectional identities is a foundation of my work.

I will make every effort to create a safe space for you to explore your inner world with me and offer you the opportunity to address your past experiences and current challenges to move towards healing, in order to improve your overall functioning and quality of life. My Personal Beliefs and Interests
As someone who navigates the world through the lens of a woman of color and grew up in a Caribbean household, I understand that being culturally informed is an important aspect of the therapeutic process. It’s important to me to recognize each individual's unique journey and experiences. I recognize and appreciate each of my clients’ beliefs, customs, and values in order to engage with them without judgment and try to remain curious and open throughout our work together to better understand the world through their eyes.
