Anxiety and fear are natural human emotions. They are our body's alarm system. There are many skills that can make it easier to move forward in life despite anxiety and fear. It is my goal to assist you in learning, and implementing, these skills.

I pull from a wide variety of treatment orientations as every client is unique. I tend to lean more towards a mixture of Solution Focused Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Art Therapy Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy.

Everyone has a story and I am here to help you find the positives in your story and to process and heal from the negatives.

Sometimes it is important to focus on the present and the future rather than the past. We can get lost in thinking about the "what ifs" and become hyper-focused on the problems rather than potential solutions. It can be useful to have an outside perspective, to have someone point out to your strengths and how to apply them to current problems you may be experiencing.
